Trollius europaeus Perennial Plant
Globeflowers are extremely popular perennials, bursting into colour in late spring and early summer. This compact strain has ball-shaped flowers in a clear lemon-yellow shade. Sometimes called Buttercups, these grow well in a sunny or part-shaded border, also at the edge of a moist woodland. Flowers will last a few days when cut. Shear plants back after blooming to encourage a flush of new leaves to last through the summer.
Plugs are approximately 9cm root balls with strong roots. Foliage will be 4cm to 20cm. These plants are ready to be planted out in their final growing positions.
Top quality plants, just like the ones we sell to shops, nurseries and garden centres in our region. Just leave it to us, after all we make our living growing things every day of the year!
If you do not want to buy the live plants then many of the varieties we sell are available during the growing season as seeds in our Seed Shop.
